D. Vacek (Slovak Academy of Sciences, Comenius University in Bratislava) is the principal investigator of the project. Vacek and M. Pascucci (Slovak Academy of Sciences, Central European University) co-authored several papers on human and AI responsibility (Ethics and Information Technology, Erkenntnis, Sci. and Eng. Ethics). A leading expert on AI ethics, M. Coeckelbergh (University of Vienna, CETEP) and a promising researcher in AI and responsibility, M. Kiener (University of Oldenburg, University of Oxford) are external members of the project. Along with a PhD student J. Sábo (Slovak Academy of Sciences), the above focus on human and AI responsibility.
M. Kosterec (Slovak Academy of Sciences) is researcher in Tichý's TIL who has published in top journals (Erkenntnis, Synthese, Analysis, J. of Phil. Logic, etc.). He and M. Sambrotta (Slovak Academy of Sciences, University of Vienna) explore different persons of moral responsibility.
N. Osorio-Kupferblum (Slovak Academy of Sciences, University of Vienna) is a postdoc at "The Necessity of God's Existence: Divine Names and Modality" subgrant who did her BA in Oxford and MA and PhD in Vienna. In the present project, she explores persons of responsibility in the context of aboutness.
J. Jančovič is the dean of the Faculty of Roman-Catholic Theology (Comenius University). As an external member, he will focus on a divine being as a person of responsibility.
A. Kuchtová (Slovak Academy of Sciences) is a continental philosopher who obtained her PhD in Paris and Bratislava (these en cotutelle), published in Brill and Hermann, is a translator and editor. She will focus on persons of responsibility from the continental perspective.
Z. Zelinová (Slovak Academy of Sciences) is the project's postdoctoral researcher. She is a historian of philosophy who studied Ancient lanaguages and authored translations and around sixty scientific articles and monographs. She will analyse responsibility within the polarity of the human and divine spheres.
